Infuso Natura has produced fine artisanal products for over twenty years; taste and tradition are at the heart of our company and we are continuously looking to develop and perfect our recipes. Maintaining traditions is important but at the same time we want to stay abreast of changing tastes. We are culinary artisans, and as such, we want to fine tune our recipes to achieve just the right flavours. Our products are guaranteed to delight your palate! We select fresh produce with the utmost care, and we apply the same ethos to our methods of production. We try to make sure that all our produce is sourced from local farmers so that we can say that our products really are Made in Salento. We feel that a small business like our own has a duty to tell customers what they are buying. When our customers taste our liqueurs and jams, it thrills us to know that they are also getting a taste of our local history, culture and traditions. By sourcing our produce locally we bring down costs and encourage sustainable development and respect for the environment; at the same time we are preserving a rich tapestry of fresh, healthy, seasonal fruit, herbs and spices.
